In this 40 minute call, parents and teens can talk with me to see if we will be a good match. I will have questions to get to know about you, your needs, and your desired outcomes. This is also an opportunity for you to ask any questions you have for me. I do think that it is helpful to have your teenager speak with me separately, as the seem to open up more when they are on their own.

🔆 Decision Point Family Intensive
A guided, multi-session experience to move your family from conflict to clarity.

The Decision Point Family Intensive is designed to change that with more than just one conversation.
Over the course of four focused sessions, I guide both you and your teen through a structured process where:

- The real concerns beneath the conflict are uncovered
- Communication improves in real time
- You move toward a clear, confident path forward together
This isn’t just a quick fix.
It’s a supported turning point that creates lasting clarity and momentum.

🔆 3 month empowerment package
6 bi-weekly, 75 minute sessions, either in-person or online. This package includes 6 mini-session calls for 20 minutes on the weeks we do not have sessions.
Bonuses:
Emotional Intelligence Workbook: Learn about self-awareness, managing emotions, building resilience, and connecting with others. Included are weekly action plan pages and a calendar for habit tracking and self-monitoring.
Parent Partnership Session: A chance for Parents and Coach to debrief on progress made and areas of focus.
Real-Time Resilience Support:
Clients and coach are able to message for support throughout the week between sessions for added accountability and encouragement.
Post-Program Follow-Up Session: An extended check-in session 30-60 days after program completion to ensure they're still on track and moving forward, providing ongoing support after the coaching relationship ends.
